ORGANIZING THE SCHOOL ACTIVITIES
Respecting the needs of the society, with a strong back-up in theory and practice, huge school staff capacities and with a great support of City, Province and Republic authorities, the School is officiating it's professional duties. It is an institution which practice complex rehabilitation of children, youth and adults with disabilities, in Novi Sad and surrounding towns. Children with disabilities are in unfavorable position because they are seldom able to develop a flexible interaction within society. It creates conditions for specific treatments. Each child is specific in it's own way. The good differential diagnosis is needed as well as an adequate approach to each child.
In order to create conditions for maximum development of each child, the detailed valuation in all fields of child's development is needed as well as an individually planning.
Peculiar supporting plan consists of overall data base for child as well as concrete, potential working profile for support: when, where and by whom stimulant program is performed, modules of collaboration with experts employed in the school as well as with experts working in other institutions, cooperation with parents. The program is intertwine child's life in all segments. It's been realized within the regular school activities, during additional activities, in groups for free activities, creative workshops, trough comprehension into social surrounding, by correction of skills and functions in individually treatment.

Stimulant program is created by a team of experts and is based on the concept of individualization, having in mind the level of child's development instead of presumption of child's abilities based on child's age.
In order to enable the maximum child's development it is necessary to create emotional and cognitive equilibrium, achieved trough the individually program which involves school in child's life.
